Sword fights have always been something that society as a whole has had a fascination of. The adrenaline, the danger, the thrill of almost dying, but defeating your opponent in the deadliest game of skill ever invented. Or not, and losing your life. Whatever the outcome, sword fights have always made it big in Hollywood, being the linchpin of many classic movies. And of course, it’s always fun to root for the villain. Oh, that’s just me…

Anyway, a one-on-one duel to the death is probably a lot different in real life than film portrays it, but hey, sword fights make for great action scenes. That’s why ClaraDarko made a montage of some swordfights from many of the world’s best films ever, including The Matrix, many Star Wars movies, and tons of smaller classics that you’ll briefly recognize as they fly by in a whirlwind of blades. Watching people try to kill each other desperately is surprisingly entertaining.
