Vsauce brings us another mind-bendingly interesting and incredibly captivating video. This time, on numbers, counting, and more. Everything from the way we perceive groups of objects to the world record for the highest number counted to is talked about and discuss by Micheal in this video. Jumping from topic to topic, Micheal creates another great video for Vsauce, and one that will educate you on a plethora of interesting topics.

One of the many topics discussed in the video is how we naturally count, and how that compares to how the world works in general. Without induction to our society’s additive number system, (i.e., halfway from 1 to 9 is 5) many people take on a natural logarithmic number system. In many situations, a logarithmic perception of the world around us may actually make more sense that a boring old additive number system. Why this is and more, a lot more, is discussed in Vsauce’s most recent video, featured above.
