If there’s one thing the Internet is good at, it’s answering your burning questions, whether it’s how to spell a word, your favorite celebrities birthday, or some other random query you happen to have. And that’s great, but there are plenty of times where you are on the Internet not to learn a specific fact, but instead to frankly learn any interesting fact that could keep you entertained in a party intellectually stimulating way. Many Internet communities have popped up around that, lots of which are subreddits on Reddit, such as the great subreddit of almost 10 million subscribers, TodayILearned.

Of course, another great way to consume information, rather than just reading it like on TodayILearned, is through videos, as I have made very clear through my 201 featured videos so far. And so, you’d think that someone would have capitalized on this large niche, and as it turns out someone has, and has done very well with it. That person is Matthew Santoro, who has a self-named channel with over 4.7 million subscribers and 524 million views so far. Matthew’s channel is perfect for people who have the same need as I often do, which is the want to learn short interesting facts about a wide variety of topics to keep you intellectually entertained.

Matthew does this by making one or two videos a week that consist mostly of short facts about a certain subject. He has a couple of series of videos, such as Myths That You Still Beleive, Facts In 5, and 50 AMAZING Facts to Blow Your Mind!, but they all stick to the basic, fact-based format. But just spouting random facts, even interesting ones, would be boring unless you have a fun and likable personality, which Matthew certainly does. His silliness and very expressive face give his videos a fun and often funny aspect to them, as will be very apparent when you watch the video above.

The thumbnail for the video described below.

The video is Matthew Santoro’s most recent addition to his most famous and longest running series, “50 AMAZING Facts That Will Blow Your Mind”. Sure, it may sound a bit like a click-bait title, but Matthew spends a lot of time researching and authenticating 50 legitimately amazing facts every episode that will, albeit figuratively, blow your mind. From fact #4, which is that the Nigerian Police force once arrested a goat on suspicion for attempted armed robbery, to fact #7, which is that some people in Japan invented a bowl that would stir itself when hot, at the end of every one of Matthew Santoro’s videos you will be itching to go and tell your friends or family one or two of his self-proclaimed mind-blowing facts.

Altogether, Matthew Santoro’s channel is, as I said before, a great channel for people who love knowing little tidbits of information. All of his videos are fun and interesting, as you would expect from a series of videos that promises to tell you 50 amazing facts to blow your mind. If you happen to not find amazing facts very interesting, then this channel isn’t for you, but I can assume that you’d then be in the minority. And if anything, watching Matthew’s videos will make you smarter in a fun, captivating way.
