We’ve all asked the question: could I survive by eating only bacon for every meal of every day? If you think it would be too good to be true, you’d be right. (that is, if you’re not a vegetarian, or simply don’t like bacon) As Life Noggin explains in this great video, you definitely cannot just eat bacon all the time, as not only would you be missing a good balance in your diet but your risk of cancer will increase by 18%, which is not good.

In fact, as it is explained in the video, it isn’t good to eat anything all the time, even if you think it’s relatively healthy. For instance, the example given in the video was carbs, like bread. Even though you won’t get cancer, you will lack other important parts of your diet, like Vitamin C and other proteins. Altogether, the video is very interesting and informative, and spreads the important message that eating bacon all the time maybe isn’t the best idea.
