Antibiotics have become mainstream, a medicine that used to be last resort but has now become much more commonly taken and prescribed. There’s a good chance you have taken antibiotics many times over the course of your lifetime, and that’s not necessarily a good thing. While antibiotics surely cure many sicknesses for people around the world every day, the overuse of it may result in the collective cultivation of a “superbug”, essentially a bacteria that is immune to all current medications.
