But in this great video by Kurzgesagt, you will learn that bees are actually an incredibly important part of society, and if they go extinct, may signal the end of humanity.
That may seem extreme, and probably is a little, but nevertheless bees going extinct would be a big disaster. From lack of pollination to crops failing, bees dying out would be a bad, bad thing to happen. And the reasons for them dying out, being called Colony Collapse Disorder, is also very interesting involving a mix of parasites and chemicals. Who knew that bees are such a critical part of our modern society?
