Postmodern Jukebox, a channel founded by pianist Scott Bradlee, has made a name for itself over the last 8 years through creating consistently brilliant covers of famous songs in different (often jazzy) styles from the original song. With over 2.1 million subscribers, the PMJ has always published amazing content, but over the last year the channel has gone through a large boost in production quality. Their videos have only gotten better and better through moving sets and collaborating with more very talented musicians and vocalists, and the video above is just one product of that.

Featuring singer Addie Hamilton, the Postmodern Jukebox band performs a wonderful vintage ’40s “Old Hollywood” style jazz cover of Blondie’s Heart Of Glass. Not only are Addie Hamilton and the rest of the band great as usual, but the cinematography was also fantastic, replicating old hollywood-style filming through using multiple cameras and a black-and-white filter. Altogether, the video is a very well-put together, authentic cover of the Blondie hit, the jazzy style somehow working quite well.
