For instance, did you know that the eruption of the Krakatoa volcano gave off a boom of 180 decibels, double the loudness of an overhead airplane? Neither did I. Sound is something the we don’t usually pay that much attention to on a daily basis, but as you will learn in this video, it is way cooler than you could imagine.
